Damascus Chef (Toasted Curly Maple/8")

This 8" Damascus Chef is made from the same "Random Raindrop" Damascus billet that yielded the Damascus Chef (Random Raindrop) and the Damascus Kiritsuke (Random Raindrop - 8").  The Santoku shape on this piece makes it very versatile in the kitchen and gives the knife a distinct profile.
