I wanted to try something dramatic and eye-catching with this billet of 160+ layer Damascus. It is a "Random Raindrop" pattern and I drew out the heel to 2.75" to leave plenty of room for knuckles. This Kiritsuke style piece will definitely start conversations and handle many tasks in the kitchen. This 1/8" blade with a flat grind provides a razor sharp tool for prepping vegetables, fruits, herbs, and meat with good looks to match.
