Damascus Kiritsuke - (Random Raindrop/8")

I wanted to try something dramatic and eye-catching with this billet of 160+ layer Damascus.  It is a "Random Raindrop" pattern and I drew out the heel to 2.75".  This Kiritsuke style piece will definitely start conversations and take care of many uses in the kitchen.  This 1/8" blade with a flat grind provides a razor sharp tool for prepping vegetables, fruits, herbs, and meat.
