Damascus Chef (Random Raindrop)

This 8" Chef is 160+ layers of a "Random Raindrop" pattern sporting some stabilized California Buckeye Burl for the handle.  The handle is a little more robust with tapers near the blade for a more comfortable pinch grip.  A more traditional, French-style Chef's knife is extremely versatile in the kitchen, and with the deep heel, at over 2.5", this is an eye-catching piece.
