Carbon Chef (1084)

Here is my first non-Damascus Chef's knife.  It has an 8" blade with a stabilized walnut handle.  This is an extremely sharp knife that will hold an edge, and it is an excellent choice if you are looking for a high quality blade that is not pattern welded steel.
