Damascus Chef (Ivory G10 handle/8")

This slender 8" Chef's knife is light and sharp.  The Damascus is 110+ layers of 1084 & 15N20 with a Santoku style profile.  The handle is Ivory G10 and should fit most hands as it's not too thin and not too thick.
