Stonewashed Chef

I wanted to try something a little different for a kitchen knife with this stonewashed finish.  This high carbon, 1084 steel knife has a full 8" blade with a stabilized curly maple handle.  The spine is 1/8" with a flat grind down to an extremely sharp edge.
