Paring Knife - Mahogany

These are handcrafted paring knives for any delicate work in the kitchen.  Made from 15N20, they are high carbon steel with a small percentage of nickel to help resist corrosion.  This is a very thin blade at 1/16th of an inch designed for finer kitchen cutting.  The handle material is "plum pudding" mahogany for a beautiful grain and it is stabilized to aid in water resistance.
