Damasteel Buildalong 2025 Knife Talk's Choice Award
I was honored to have this 8" Chef awarded Knife Talk's Choice at the Damasteel Chef Invitational 2025. The slender 8" blade is made from Damasteel's premium stainless steel RWL34 with a piece of their stainless Heimskringla pattern for the bolster. The handle is a sliver of RWL34 with black G10 spacers, a piece of Calceon and Black Juma Gem secured with a black G10 pin.
There will only be one of these, snag it while you can. I did make a similar, shorter version with some slight variation.
