The mirror polish on this beautiful Chef's knife makes it difficult to photograph and these photos do not do it justice. This All-Around Chef features a highly polished RWL34 stainless steel with an eye-catching Mokume Gane bolster, and gorgeous stabilized Hawaiian Koa secured with a small nickel silver pin. The bolster is contoured for a pinch grip and still comfortable for a full hand.
The RWL34 stainless steel made by Damasteel in Sweden is a superior steel with excellent edge retention and is easy to maintain. I don't do these mirror polishes very often, so this is definitely a one-of-a-kind piece.
