This hand forged piece is sculpted from 1084 carbon steel will be a beast in the kitchen.  Chop some veggies in style with this one of a kind piece.  The full tang is tapered for aesthetics and to reduce some weight covered with some stabilized toasted curly maple and secured with Corby bolts.  This piece is designed for a lifetime of use and beyond.
